DCPS FEE SCHEDULE

I.  ACTIVE ACCOUNTS:

 

Set Up Fees:

            Initial Consultation*                                              $100

            Computer Set-up First Employee* (one-time)   $75

            Computer Set-up Additional Employees*           $50

 

For existing employers adding new employees, either the Initial Consultation Fee or Computer Set-up Fee will be charged based on whether the new employee requires a consultation.  A consultation is needed if the new employee is not familiar with Board mandates and/or our payroll process.

 

Monthly Service Fees*:

1 Employee

  • Monthly Paystub                                                 $40

  • Semi-Monthly Paystub                                       $45

2 Employeess

  • Monthly Paystub                                                 $35/employee

  • Semi-Monthly Paystub                                       additional $5/employee

 

3+ Employees

  • Monthly Paystub                                                 $30/employee

  • Semi-Monthly Paystub                                       additional $5/employee

 

*  Monthly fees are charged regardless of whether employee has payroll.

Annual Service Fees:

Year End Reports Fee                                                          $15

II.  INACTIVE ACCOUNTS (no payroll but account is kept open):

Quarterly Service Fee                                                          $35

 

III.  ACCOUNTS CLOSED BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR:

 

  • Monthly Service Fees for Final Month of Payroll      $40    

  • Quarter-End Reports for Final Quarter*                   $40

  • Year-End Reports for Final Year*                                $40

 

* Quarter-End Reports fee is waived when account is closed in a quarter end     

month (i.e. March, June, September, December); Year-End Reports fee is waived when account is closed in December.

IV.  ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

 

Direct Deposit

  • Direct Deposit Set-Up (one-time)                                $25

  • Monthly Direct Deposit                                                  Intuit fee ($1.75/paycheck)

     

V.  FEE POLICY

Once a client’s balance with us exceeds $125, we require payment before processing any further payroll.
